Apple

Apples come in many shapes and sizes
The solitary confinement of taste and nutrients
All within a space no bigger than a fist
The evoking of memories
The creation wisdom
The nullification of heartbreak
The placation of heartache

A vermillion apple
An oddity, perhaps uniqueness
I fear you for I do not know you
I love you for I have tasted you
I crave you for I need you
Spiritual fulfillment from the heavens
A true disciple of Eve
An introspective clergyman
A believer in sociology
Quite literally, the apple of my eye

Ararat

An effigy standing amidst the landscape
Bold, sullen, mystifying and embracing
A witness to the terrors of the new century
A mother to the civilization of the old millennium

So much rumors, so little doubt
What great reverence, the hope of many

Little men playing with rocks
A cup of tea and a spoonful of honey
Warmth of the day, peace at heart

Once a guardhouse of a doomed prison
1.1 million lives made lost at its foothills
Claimed for its prized possession in holiness
The Ark of Genesis and the verses of Muhammad

The things people do for a line on a map

The Ugly Girl

A work of lithography embodying incandescence and sparks
A needle prick at the tip of my finger
A drop of blood in a pint of water
Dissolving into particles of void

A microscopic paramecium on a bed of reefs
A molecular dust on the fringes of the galaxy
A weathered penny on a desolate beach
Civilization in a forsaken planet

A woman in poverty graces through a forest
Bags of silkworms on her back
The harvesting of life and the reaping of perfection
Subtraction but never retraction
A fraction of traction is enough for non action
An extraction becomes a visible diffraction

A well of infinite wisdom
Spread across a vast savannah of dreams and imagination
Indoctrination of a cleric by a clerical staff
The flourishing of morning glories in a desert at twilight
Perplexing behaviour indeed
Likened to a proselytizing prophet masquerading as a nonchalant charlatan

Imagine a world where dreams are upon every waking
Sleep is a walk in reality
Imagine today is that day
Imagine that day is today

Walking into the House of God dipped in starvation
A realization of the modern day theft of life
A mere glimpse of your purity is a penultimate to discovery
The finality being the appreciation of the self
A wicked gibe thrown relinquishes the ultimate realization

A strand of gold strewn across my palm
Fragility in sight
Magnanimous reverence at heart
A personal conversation with God in the afternoon over tea
A discourse on tsunamis and earthquakes
And a chat on mouse pads and calculators

A bulwark to introspection nonetheless
But with stars coerced to project, fortunately

My Puree

Deciphering metaphysical equations by the sea
Pounding, beating, crashing; the waves of animosity
I’m struck down into solitude, the life usurping demon of death
Altitude: ground zero, I’m scathed

Trampling with great envy
The trampoline of viciousness
My existence trampled in pursuit of power

A chemical reaction inducing malevolent intentions behind a veil of sanctity
Therein lies a being more wicked than Azazel
A being that spews forth deception through music and the arts
Gathering the blind masses in masses of blind worship

A self reiterating madman with a penchant for virgin blood
Insidious, malicious and relentless yet a child has stronger spirits

A mud shovel dipped into holy water
A smorgasbord vanishing into thin air
A croaking cricket on a silent night
A monsoon rain on a castaway’s bonfire
An eclipse on a bright summer day

The vengeful demon from the recesses of hell
Craving to elude his true cravings
Braving to falsify the bravery of others

Suppress, oppress and depress
The codes of actions within a framework of convulsion

Slothful antics blooming at dawn
A parasitic leech at twilight

Faux superiority vis-à-vis an unattained prestige
Surreptitiously aware of integrity nonexistence

Emotional absence and Physical presence
My puree!

New Microsoft Word Document

Living in a bubble filled with chloroform
Residing in a capsule filled with liquid nitrogen
The eternally frozen backdrop is often followed by periods of doubt

I fought, you bought and we thought
Life would be meaningless without drought

Last night I stood in a church with a few hooligans
I was apprehended and taken outside by an African man
He said “I’ve watched you 21 times; you’re making too much noise”
I was in great distress; betrayed and mostly disgraced

Self fulfilling prophecies and self fulfilled lifestyles
Both should incidentally relate to the same thing
Spiritual Enlightenment or Spirit of Enlightenment

I could affect the lives of 10,000 people spiritually and fertilize them with rationality
Educating during masses and placating the conservative masses
Breaking the chains of the fascist
Burning the malignant cyst
Dumping a shackling ideology into a cist
Watching it decay into the mist

Alternatively, the suburbs of London ring out to me
The chambers of my superiority coupled with the pillars of justice
My own personal toy making elf
Property urbanization
A hearty conurbation

Treading with a thread amongst social forums
So many threads!

" I am not interested at all to convert anybody to my ideology - I don't have any. Secondly, I believe that the very effort to convert anybody is violence, it is interfering in his individuality, in his uniqueness, into his freedom. "

" My vision of a real humanity is of pure individuals relating to each other, but not tied in any relationship. They will be loving to each other, but not being possessive of each other. They will be sharing with each other all their joys and all their blessings, but never even in their dreams thinking of dominating, thinking of enslaving the other person. My vision of a real humanity is of a world consisting not of families, not of nations, not of races, but only of individuals. "

" I am all in favor of the skeptical mind. Do not believe anything unless you have experienced it. Do not believe anything - go on questioning, however long it takes. "

Carmela

I would like to meet a woman who truly considers herself a woman
Not one entrenched within a patriarchal structure
Or one subscribing to an anti-patriarchal movement

A woman who isn’t engulfed by a radical campaign for male emancipation
But one who believes in equality of occupation

Acts rooted in equality
Quantity for quality
Taking the tab
Making a fad
Curing the scab

A woman who understands the pain and turmoil of the 21st century
.i.e. the temptations of man and the illusionary societal expectations

A woman who shrouds her past for the benefit of the present
Dishonest yet by all means altruistic

Sexual torture
Emotional fracture
Familial puncture
Oral pleasure

A woman who graces through the plains with a veil
She truly spends her hours preaching existentialism and humanism in the domestic lyceum

A woman who exercises her duties as was meant to be
One who exercises independence for the greater good of the family

“Go wash the dishes!”
“Go get me some fishes!”
“Love your neighbour as yourself”
“Look to Jesus for guidance, save yourself from his followers”

A woman inspired by the works of the unknown authors of the netherworld
One who is devoted towards the establishment of artistic frontiers

A woman who dabbles with self expression through an intangible medium
And likewise exhales herself through physical interweaving

The Onus is On Us

Thalidomide, Grape juice cyanide
The onus is on us

Fresh faeces packaged in a fine crafted box with Japanese lettering and golden handwriting
We have our honours

Incessant need for food and the methodology to look unfed
Hey, we are only being honest

Reformulated ages, faux checkered pages
This is the finest

Adam Smith, you smart dude
The onus is on us
